Massey Clipper

Hi all,

Was just curious to see if anybody had an idea when can we expect the current issue of the Massey Clipper to arrive in the mail. I know Bob Lynn posted something about there being some issues with the Clipper getting out this month, which is fine, I'm not trying to rush anybody. Just wanted to know if anybody had an idea when we can expect it.

Cheers,

Hi Dakota
I got mine yesterday and I live in the UK. Maybe you need to prompt someone.

RE:Massey Clipper

Interesting, maybe I do need to go prompt somebody, haha. I usually get it at least within the first week of the new month. But the mail service around here has been known to be on the slow side before. Thanks for your guys feedback.

RE:Massey Clipper

I just received mine yesterday (Monday).  Interesting that Mr Harris received he so fast!!  Let me know if you don't see it in a couple more days and I will send you another one.  It was late getting out.  You will be able to read why.

The next one will be purposely late so that it contains info from the MCA Spring Meeting to be held March 14 in Brandon MO.  Since it is our "newsletter" it only makes sense to use it as our newsletter and not let the calendar drive it's production.  JMHO!!

We will see everyone there!

RE:Massey Clipper

Maybe somebody at the post office is just mad at me and I don't know it, haha. Let's see today is Tuesday, if I don't see it by Friday I'll give ya a holler. Hoping it rains that weekend and the weekend of the IMCA meeting so I could go. Hard to get away when planting season is beginning.

RE:Massey Clipper

Dakota and Friends,
I got my third class mailing Clipper last Thursday.  It did seem to take a long time for the USPS to git it in our hands this time.
Just a reminder...The Clipper, like all magazines, ships as third class material.  What that means in farmer language is that it doesn't get delivered until the Post Office has room.  This usually isn't a problem but at times like Christmas or the first of the month when bills go out, delivery of periodicals can get delayed.  Don't blame your local carrier,  If they get held up they're likely in a distribution center far from your home post office.
Thanks for you patience,
        Bob

RE:Massey Clipper

Did not know that, that would make sense why I haven't gotten mine yet. The Evansville distribution center isn't too far from where I live, so if that's the case then I would be willing to bet that's where it is. Thanks for the enlightenment Bob!
