Frame weights

Picked up these frame weights, think they will go on eiher a 22 0r 20. Anyone know the reason for the 3/8 bolt holes on the top of the rim of th weight?

I had a set in my possession until about two weeks ago. I don't remember any holes in the top but I am not sure. I will see them at the end of the month and will check it out.

Congratulations on finding a set! They are very hard to find. My goal was to reproduce a few sets but ran out of time!!

Where would these attach to on the tractor frame on a 20? Curious, as I have never heard about these that I am aware of>

Attach to the front hole where the culivator brace rod goes and then in the single hole in front of the cluster of 3 square holes where the cultivator framer mounts.
