With Heavy Hearts……

So sorry but just catching you up on some sad news of some huge losses in our Massey family.

Massey Collectors of IL lost a charter member.  David Brockley passed late August.  He was currently serving on the board.  He had been a long-time member of the chapter, since it started.  He was instrumental in the formation of that chapter.  He was known for his love of tractor drives.  He also attended many Half Century of Progress shows in Rantoul, IL hauling and operating his corn picker.  As one of the more senior members at age 89, his knowledge and enthusiasm for Massey’s will be greatly missed.

We, MCA and Massey Collectors of IL also lost Joyce Frasse, wife of Lloyd Frasse of Illinois in late July.  As his wife, she was a huge supporter of the plow days Lloyd hosted every other year at his place. Per her obituary they ask in her remembrance, be thoughtful, cherish those close to you, appreciate what you have and take time to enjoy the small things.  She too will be greatly missed.

FOM – Friends of Massey and MCA – Massey Collectors lost a long-time member as well.  Elam Hoover of Pennsylvania passed away late May.  He too will be missed.  The family would like for you to know his estate sale will be this November.  Here is the link to his public auction:  1276 Cross Keys Road, Reading, PA - Kline, Kreider & Good https://share.google/b5JAp22TiePXxgjGd

Sadly, we are losing way too many of our devoted long-time members.  Their dedication and passion will be greatly missed here in this world as they Rest In Peace!
