Jerry is correct.
This years World Ploughing event was held just south of Baudette, Lake of the Woods, Northern Minnesota, on August 30 and 31.
In 1984 it was just eight miles from me here at Wispington near Horncastle, I had four tractors there, M-H styled 25, I-H 8-16 Junior, Fordson E27N Roadless Halftrack and Overtime Model R. It too was a very wet event.
Then it was back in Lincolnshire again in 2000 and I was the organiser of the vintage display, for once the weather was brilliant, but we had a country wide fuel (gas) shortage at the time, it greatly affected the visitors attending. This time I had my very original Wallis 20-30 there, the very first show it ever went to.
