I have finally cured a starting problem which has afflicted my OHV GP 303335 56 ever since I've had it. The spark was good and the fuel was reaching the carburettor but bouncing the starting handle against compression revealed an apparent leakage in the induction tract. Dismantling the vaporiser I gave it to Malcolm who was going over to see John Farnworth in Bethesda, N Wales who took it down to his local M-H Magical Engineer who replaced all the tubes and John's son Trystan brought it back to Rugby near where my Grandson lives and who is moving house to join the family firm here in Bytham and who in turn brought it back to me. Pure Serendipity! Anyway, it now starts after two pull-ups with choke and runs well, so, heartfelt thanks to all concerned, a true example of M-H co-operation. Jack.
