Houston, we have a problem...  I tried selecting several different photos that I have stored on my phone. In each case it told me that type of file cannot be downloaded.  I didn’t see a message like Gary did to select size.  What am I missing??

John I know on my phone when I uploaded a file, I selected choose file, then it selected files and it pulled up my camera roll. Dont think an Iphone should be too much different.

Okay.  I'm back on my trusty laptop.  Here's what happens when I try to post a photo using my iPhone.

After playing picture games with CAPTCHA to get past that verification, everytime..., I select Attach File(s), and then I get the screen shown in the first photo.  The only option here is "Choose File".   So, I click on Choose File.

Next screen I get is shown in second attached photo.  I now have three options:  Take Photo or Video;  Photo Library;  and Browse.   I don’t want to take a new photo or video.  If I select Browse, it takes me to excel spreadsheets I have stored on my phone.  If I select Photo Library, it takes me to all the photos I have stored on my phone.  (Attached photo 3 for reference.)  This seems like it should be the right place.
 
I have tried multiple times and clicked on several different photos from my library.  The result has always been the same.  That is shown in the fourth attached photo.  “This type of file cannot be uploaded.”   
 
Why?  If I save any of those photos to my laptop, I can them readily upload them.  Why can’t I upload them directly from my phone??

Perhaps maybe the file size is too big to be uploaded?

Here is a test loading a pic from my computer versus the phone!  Wish me luck!  Well that worked. This pic is 1.87 MB. I also noticed there is no pic size on the computer version, unlike the phone version.

PS Dakota - Too much $ invested to go back, it just needs to be tweaked a little.  A few changes here and there and we will get comfortable with the new system.  It is the first time in several years for any up date or overhaul on site so this was major!!  There will be a few pains along the way. It will get better.

My biggest immediate concern is the presentation  on both the computer and the phone.  Just too spread out with an elementary font (courier) and spacing problem.  It should not take three computer screens to show the MCA Officers.  I would think that would be an easy fix.

The coding (returns showing a (<br/>) showing up in the phone version should also be an easy fix.

Pics posted from the phone should also be easy at this point.  I am not the one doing it but know enough that it will get better.  We just need to look and share our findings.
