What model carb is on a Green Challenger? the L1 or L3?

The Kingston carbs on the 12-20 Wallis tractors are marked "Model L3" this is pretty much the same carburetor as the Challenger but the Challenger has the water valve on the side and has the throttle plate inside the neck. For some reason the Challenger carburetors don't have a tag rivited to the top side saying the model they are, don't know whats up with that? They look very simular to the Wallis 20-30 Model L carbs just alot smaller.

Thanks that helps. Looking for a new float valve. Keeps running over. It has the copper or brass float and no holes in it. If you tap on the bowl it will work if you stop taping it quits running.. Checked to se if the float was rubbing but I can't see where it is.
